Mental Health Skill Building
Mental health skill building is a set of therapeutic evidence-based intensive skills training and support program for individuals requiring personalized functional skills to ensure safety, independence and stability in the community. Our caring staff provide whole person health with focus on health and safety, activities of daily living, instrumental activities of daily living, socialization, locating community resources and referrals to other services as needed.

Eligibility Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Have a serious mental health illness such as Major Depression, Bipolar, Schizophrenia Requiring personalized support services.
- Requiring personalized support services
- Taking psychotropic medications
- Have been admitted in a psych hospital or program such as Assertive Community Treatment, Crisis Stabilization etc.

Residential Group Home Services
- 24-hour personal care assistance
- Extended family experience
- Skilled nursing care as needed
- Management of medical and physical care needs
- Recreational activities
- Community life and socialization
- Safety education and employment as appropriate
- Referral to external resources as needed.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Have a diagnosis of Intellectual disability, Developmental Disability or both
- Require assistance with daily living activities
- Needs a place they can call home within the community
